You've done enough.

Enough self-improvement.

Enough anticipating others’ needs – often at the expense of your connection with yourself.

Enough pushing, striving, and fixing.

You’ve been working hard to earn the joy and rest that you ache for, but no matter how long your to-do list is, you never seem to get to taking better care of yourself.

It’s not that you don’t know how to care for yourself. You are SPECTACULARLY GOOD at taking care of things… it’s just that you’ve gotten stuck in responsibility overdrive and haven’t had the bandwidth to deal with the onslaught of everything you encounter when you slow down.

(Kind of easier to just keep doing all the things, right? I feel you.)

It might even feel like if you keep working hard someone will eventually take notice, appreciate your incredible attentiveness and labor, and tell you it’s time to take a break to care for yourself, without you having to ask or make anyone else feel uncomfortable.

So here it is: You’ve done enough. You are enough.

I want to take you on vacation where the only thing on the agenda is YOU resting, playing, eating unimaginably delicious food & doing whatever the f*ck you want.

(While, also, teaching you the skills of honoring your needs and prioritizing your desires so that you never end up last on your list again.)
